We are one of Birmingham's leading independent letting agents. We offer a portfolio of carefully selected furnished, unfurnished apartments, penthouses and houses in Birmingham / West Midlands.


Renting property can be straight forward with the right agent. Greystone Lettings aim to provide a smooth and easy process from the initial viewing to the moving in process. Just look through the properties on our website, register your details or call the office to arrange a viewing. Its that simple!


Once you have viewed and selected a property, we would then require the following from you;

  • Complete our Tenant application form
  • Pay a holding and administration fee which will reserve the property
  • Provide any supporting documentation towards your application
  • We will carry out a credit check and ensure that you meet the requirements
  • Deposits will be held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
  • All rental payment are paid into our Client Account
  • Sign contracts and collect keys!!

INVENTORY

Greystone carry out an inventory which is prepared by our specialist Inventory Clerks. They produce a photographic and typed inventory which provides you with the condition of the property when you move in. A very important document for both you and us!!


UTILITIES

To make life easy for all of our Tenants, we even inform the utility providers such as Gas, Electric, Water and the Council Tax about the move in and give your details with the meter readings. This takes one less hassle away from you.


PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

As Greystone Tenants, you are expected to take care of your property and report any maintenance issues which can occur. Please contact the office either by calling a member of staff or send an e-mail to info@greystonelettings.co.uk.


Once a maintenance issue has been logged, we will carry out repairs as soon as possible. We also have an out of hours service which only deals with emergencies. Non emergencies repairs will be carried out as soon as our engineers can make arrangements, usually with 48 hours.
