Our easy-to-use Property Search lets you find just what you're looking for. There are detailed descriptions and extensive images of each property; simply create your own shortlist of properties which are of interest. Once you have decided on a property, you can reserve it by paying a holding deposit.

References
We will require satisfactory references from your employer (or college) and a previous or current landlord. We also require a personal reference and sometimes a guarantor. In addition a credit check will be undertaken.
Rental Payments
Rental levels are normally quoted as per calendar month (PCM), payable monthly in advance.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required and will be held independently by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme throughout the tenancy term. This is held to cover damage, breakages, and any other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement.

Our Fees
We charge £150 per applicant to cover administration and referencing costs. There are no further or hidden costs.
