September 2009: Greystone Lettings in the running for buy-to-let industry Oscars

Greystone Lettings has been shortlisted for the prestigious Best Letting Agent award at the national Landlord & Buy-to-Let Awards 09.

The Landlord & Buy-to-Let Awards are the premier UK nationwide private rented sector awards. Trophies will be presented by TV presenter and landlord campaigner Konnie Huq at a glamorous awards ceremony at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, in October.

Raj Bajwa said: 'It's fantastic to be an award finalist and a testament to the professionalism, hard work and commitment of everyone at Greystone Lettings. This nomination is the icing on the cake to the past year, which has seen us expand and develop, culminating in the recent opening of our new premises in the Jewellery Quarter. We'll be on home territory at the NEC awards ceremony, so it would be great to take home the award.'

Oliver Romain, head judge for the Awards and editor of Landlord & Buy-to-Let magazine, the leading magazine for the residential letting sector, said: 'We've had a terrific response and Greystone Lettings has done brilliantly to get shortlisted. The private rented sector has been through a tough period; however, this has had the effect that only the best providers in the industry are succeeding and it's great that we have the opportunity to recognise and reward the best in the industry'.
